Get Involved
Eagle Creek is run and managed by an elected Board of Directors. We also utilize the services of Committees for various areas, such as Landscaping, Budgeting, Tennis, Violations, Social and more. Committees are made up of and depend on volunteers.
Below are some opportunities to get involved in your community.
Eagle Creek Committees
ARB (Architectural Review Board)
This Committee is responsible for reviewing ARB Applications of homeowners wishing to make exterior modifications to their homes. The ARB Committee is tasked with adhering to the ARB Guidelines to ensure that the Eagle Creek aesthetic is followed in order to preserve home values and consistency. This Committee contains three (3) Members and is not currently in need of Volunteers.
Rental Committee
This Committee works in collaboration with the HOA Management and service in an advisory capacity as it relates to providing research, insight and recommendations to the HOA Management and Board of Directors for terms, policies, rules and regulations and documentation for renters within Eagle Creek.
This committee is not currently in need of volunteers.
Budget Committee
This Committee ensures that the annual assessments by the Association are reasonable and necessary and assists the Board of Directors by recommending fiscal actions and improvements to fiscal policies, the proposed and final budget.
This committee is currently looking for volunteers from Windsor Townhomes or Village K Townhomes. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the below form and return it to eaglecreekadmin@community-mgmt.com
Social Committee
This committee supports and assists the Association in planning and organizing a range of activities that encourage high levels of participation among residents while fostering a sense of community within Eagle Creek.
This committee is not currently in need of volunteers.
Hearing Committee
This committee assists the Association with enforcing compliance with the Association’s Declaration, Article of Incorporation, Bylaws, and duly adopted Rules and Regulations. As the Board of Directors have chosen to fine for violations, this is a Statutorily required committee.

Tennis Committee
The Tennis Committee is a committee of The Homeowners Association of Eagle Creek, Inc (HOA) The Tennis Committee advises and makes recommendations to the HOA in the maintenance, operations, fees, and promotions of the tennis courts.
The committee is not currently in need of volunteers.
Landscape Committee
This Committee works in collaboration with the HOA Management and serves in an advisory capacity as it related to landscape matters and provides recommendations to the HOA Management and Board of Directors.
The committee is not currently in need of volunteers.
Associa manages the day-to-day operations of Eagle Creek, a management company we hired to help facilitate our shared interests and desires. HOA staff are also available to assist HOA Members with managing various functions of the HOA and amenities like the Pool, Recreation Center, etc.
