Reporting a Concern
Eagle Creek is a restricted vehicular community that employs outside Access and Compliance vendor(s) to provide access control, monitor, record, and report.
We do not make any claims of security services or protections for the residents, guests, or vendors within the community.
The residents of Eagle Creek shall be responsible for the safety and security of their home, property, vehicle and possessions. For more information on how you can protect yourself and your property, please CLICK HERE

Maintenance Issues
Any service which is provided by a vendor or area already maintained by the Association, such as landscaping, pool maintenance, sidewalk repairs, gate maintenance, etc. is deemed a maintenance item. Any concerns about the maintenance or upkeep of the common areas can be sent to the HOA Office by calling 407-207-7078, emailing eaglecreekadmin@community-mgmt.com or opening a ticket through Townsq and selecting “Requests.”
Violation Concerns
If you have any concerns about violations in the neighborhood, you can report to the HOA Office by calling 407-207-7078, emailing or opening a ticket through Townsq and selecting “Requests”. Reports should contain an address, type of violation, and picture if possible. All violation reports are kept confidential and only the HOA Office can review the request.
After Hours Maintenance Emergencies
A Maintenance emergency is a failure or damage to Common Property i.e., Gates not working after hours, pool overflowing after hours, or Clubhouse window broken after hours. To report a maintenance emergency, please call 407-454-0901. Townhome Owners, please refer to the documents below for your area to better understand the portions of your home that are your responsibility.
